Nurture Childcare and Education Services is committed to providing a warm, caring and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. As a family day care (FDC) service, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for children, while supporting and nurturing our team of professional educators.

Our team of FDC educators are respected and supported by Nurture, and we ensure that all our educators are qualified and experienced in their respective areas of expertise. We have educators located in different areas around the North and South of Perth, providing the best services for children and their families.

We understand that becoming an FDC educator is a big decision, and we are here to help you through the registration process. When you contact us, we will inform you of all the compliance and laws involved in the registration process. To become an FDC educator, you must be 18 years of age, hold a Certificate III or be actively working towards one, have a Diploma or be actively working towards one in early childhood education and care (ECEC), and have premises that are suitable for educating and caring for children.

During the initial home safety check, we will go through all the indoor and outdoor areas where you will be providing care. We will advise you if any changes are required to ensure compliance with the Education and Care Regulation and Law (2012 WA). Our team will provide you with a document list and get some of the documents signed during the visit.

We are committed to providing support to our FDC educators, and we provide guidance to support you in your FDC business, help you with your marketing strategies, meet compliance responsibilities, and follow the National Quality Framework (NQF). We will also process your fortnightly payments and provide day-to-day support, including monthly visits for your support, and support for your training needs.

We believe that children's enrolment is the most crucial part of education and care, and we strive to provide the best services for both families and our educators. Our service passes on enquiries received from families, and educators can also advertise their services on different platforms. When parents are interested in enrolling their children with an educator, they will complete an enrolment form, and our administration team will process the enrolment. We are always here to provide support and guidance to our educators for any needs they might have, whether it be emotional support, managing their children in care, or managing fees and enrolments.

At Nurture Childcare and Education Services, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for children, supporting our team of professional educators, and ensuring that all children receive the best possible start in life.

To be a successful family day care educator, one must possess a genuine interest in providing care and education to children. This includes being honest, dedicated, and vigilant in the work environment, and constantly seeking opportunities to learn and improve through personal experience and professional development. In addition, educators should be skilled in providing healthy and nutritious meals, and adhere to regulatory requirements and guidelines.
